At the Car IT Symposium 2025, the Next Mobility Labs team - Armin, Göran, Ava and Fabian - returned to the stage with a clear mission: to demonstrate how the venture-studio-model can reshape the future of sustainable mobility and render entrepreneurial success repeatable. Fabian, the Entrepreneur in Residence at Next Mobility Labs, guided attendees through the process: from identifying the right problem and crafting a resilient business model to assembling a winning team and extracting actionable insights from every experience. 

The session also featured Jan Born, CTO of Circunomics, who delivered a compelling pitch on the company’s role in advancing a circular battery economy. Circunomics, having just secured €8 million in Series A funding and expanded into the U.S. market, served as tangible proof of the venture-studio model’s effectiveness.
