Next Mobility Labs Summit: Our Network in Action

On April 15, we brought together more than 50 people from the Next Mobility Labs network at the House of Logistics and Mobility (HOLM) in Frankfurt: shareholders, founders, portfolio startups, partners, investors, and guests from the mobility and technology ecosystem.

The day showed what Next Mobility Labs is built on: a strong network that contributes, challenges, connects, and supports.

At the center of the summit was our portfolio across different stages of development. Existing portfolio startups such as Circunomics, Getyourdrive, and obsurver shared updates on their current status, next steps and opportunities. They also used the network actively for their own goals: for sparring, introductions, feedback, and new perspectives.

We also presented ventures that are still in stealth mode. These startups are currently being developed further and prepared for the next step: formal incorporation and, later, public launch. The summit created the right setting for this phase: confidential, direct, and focused on building viable companies.

Another important part of the day was the integrated Demo Day. Three new ideas were presented to the network and evaluated directly by experienced experts. This is where progress starts: not in isolation, but in dialogue with people who understand markets, technology, customers, and industry from first-hand experience.

What made the day especially valuable was not only the agenda. It was what happened between the sessions: quick hellos turning into longer conversations. People who had previously only met on calls finally meeting in person. Introductions happening naturally. Knowledge being shared. Doors being opened.

For us, the summit was was a visible expression of how we work as a venture studio. We do not build mobility ventures alone. We build them with a network of founders, industry experts, investors, operators, and people willing to give honest feedback.

Startups need different support depending on their stage. Sometimes it is market validation. Sometimes it is technology. Sometimes it is strategy, financing, industrial partnerships, or access to decision-makers. That is why we bring our network together regularly.

The Next Mobility Labs Summit showed what happens when the right people are in one room: conversations become concrete next steps.
